Interior and exterior are seamlessly bound together in a multitude of innovative ways, exemplifying a revolutionary approach to design. Free-flowing and lush garden landscapes beautifully connect the tower’s three-story glass lobby and wraparound terrace to a pristine beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Following the sun’s movement throughout the day, the building’s footprint was strategically positioned at an oblique angle to the ocean, maximizing the availability of sunlight on the beachfront and in the residences. Walls spanning from east to west are buffered by massive terraces on every floor, allowing for both ocean and city views, as well as flow-through ventilation that naturally cools living spaces.

Designed to provide sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, the cascading terraces and curvilinear shape of the glass-clad condominium tower create the silhouette of a yacht or cruise liner. There are no more than five residences per floor, making for spacious living and complimenting property amenities that include exclusive beachfront access, restaurants, lounges, and bars, state-of-the-art fitness facilities, both indoor and outdoor playgrounds, and two outdoor pools. Although managed by The Ritz-Carlton, there is no hotel on the premises, meaning the amenities are private. This allows residents to enjoy all the perks of a five-star resort without any of the transient use.

Founded by Veterans for Veterans in 2016, the Veterans Community Project (VCP) provides Veterans experiencing homelessness with a safe and dignified place to live, as well as the wrap-around support services needed to thoroughly address the underlying causes of their homelessness. VCP Village in Kansas City, MO is an innovative community of 49 tiny houses that were primarily built by community volunteers. They are fully furnished homes that range in size from 240 to 320 square feet, meet all local city code requirements, and connect to city utility services. When the Veteran is ready, typically after a stay of about 11 months, VCP assists him or her in securing a permanent housing solution.
